What is TenderLab?

TenderLab is an analytics platform for Armenia's public procurement: every open ARMEPS tender, the bidders' prices and winners of finished tenders, and bid preparation tools in one place.

Where do the tenders come from?

Open tenders are updated every hour from the ARMEPS e-procurement system (armeps.am), its electronic auctions and gnumner.minfin.am (paper procedures).

How do I find a tender by its code?

Type the code, for example ԵՔ-ԳՀԱՇՁԲ-26/60, into the search field of the open tenders page. Every tender also has its own page that Google finds by the code.

Where do the bidders' prices come from?

Prices are read from each bidder's signed price offer and checked so that value + VAT = total. A tender not checked yet is marked «Unchecked».

Is TenderLab free?

The open tenders list is visible without registration. Registration is free and a new account gets a free trial of the Pro plan; the plans and prices are on the «Plans» page.

Can I prepare my bid in TenderLab?

Yes: the bid is prepared in the ARMEPS format, the invitation's forms and the bank guarantee application are filled in with your company's details, and for paper procedures the bid documents are prepared.

How do I hear about new tenders?

Choose your field's keywords and get new tenders as phone notifications or by e-mail. The deadlines and changes of the tenders you follow are announced too.
